Video Recipe. So simple, yet so delicious. Crispy, light, fresh, zingy ! Watch this French Take on an English Classic : The fish and chips. LOVE IT SO MUCH !

Be careful with Hot oil, as it’s quite dangerous. Here’s the recipe :

1 cup of beer, i am using ale.
1 cup of cornstarch
1/2 cup of flour
1 tsp Salt & 1tsp pepper
2 TBSP mediteranean herbs (origano, thyme, etc…)
1 tsp baking soda

– 3 crushed cloves of garlic
– 1 egg yolk
– add salt
– 1 tsp mustard
– and some lemon zest
– 1/3 cup neutral oil (canola, peanut, ground)
– 1/3 cup olive oil
